• Integrate Guardian NET external LISA files and Expert technology files
• Fast parameter extraction in LVS mode by ignoring well proximity and stress effect parameters not needed for LVS run
• Process user-defined pin order for extracted subcircuits
• Increase capacity and speed of node probing feature

HIPEX RC

• Improve memory usage to increase capacity of parasitic resistor extraction
• 'Ignore' option for selected nets for RCC distribution
