• Ability to process super-large polygons (more than 10 million vertices)

• Port to 64-bit platform

Guardian LPE

• Integration of Guardian NET external LISA files and Expert technology file

• Fast parameter extraction in LVS mode (ignore well proximity and stress effect parameters not needed for LVS run)

• Interface to Open Access database for parasitic elements

Guardian LVS

• Processing of complex custom subcircuit-device parameters using LISA scripting language

• Processing of specific SPICE elements such as independent sources, voltage and current controlled sources, transmission lines, switches, coupled mutual inductors, multi-terminal networks.

• Processing of duplicated SPICE model names for different type devices
