HiSIM Presented at NSTI Nanotech Conference

Mr Yoshihisa Iino from Silvaco Japan and Simucad CEO Dr Ivan Pesic made a presentation at the 10th International NSTI Nanotech Conference, held in Santa Clara May 20 – 24. The presentation, ‘HiSIM- Replacement of BSIM4 in UDSM Circuit Simulations,’ covered HiSIM speed and convergence advantages against BSIM4 and PSP models on a large variety of circuits such as memories, MPUs, PLLs, A/D and D/A converters, and mixers.
