Simucad seeks to hire PDK Development Engineers to develop front-end / back-end PDKs for foundries.

A successful candidate must have experience in one or more of the following areas:

• IC Layout, design rule and LVS checking, schematic capture, circuit simulation (analog, RF, mixed signal, Verilog), Spice parameter extraction, parasitic extraction.
• BSEE / MSEE + 3 years or MSEE + 1 year minimum experience required.
